Research activities are focused also on the area of the postal services, which supplement the area of communication services.
Aimed at public administration and business sector, VUS offers research and development projects in these areas:

The system of postal agencies as a means to provide universal postal service on the fully liberalised Slovak market
Annotation: Project focused on research of suitable methods of applying the access places system of the public postal network and specifications of principles and conditions for effective establishment of access places of the public postal network based on a contractual basis between the universal postal service provider and the other subject.

Access possibilities to the public postal network of SR
Annotation: Project was concerned with the conceptual demands solution related to the regulation instruments and the access conditions to the public postal network in conditions of both partial and full liberalisation of the postal services market in SR. The project output contains the analysis of current access conditions of another enterprises to the public postal network in EU member states and the access concept proposal to the public postal network in conditions of partial and full liberalisation of the postal services market.
