Pan-European Frequency Information System
The Pan-European Frequency Information System EFIS (ECO Frequency Information System) was created by CEPT (Conférence Européenne des Administrations des Postes et des Télécommunications) in 2001. According to the EC Decision, this system is considered as a common information point for the public in the Member States making available comparable information regarding the national use of spectrum. ECO has been appointed as an administrator of this system.
At present the information on the use of frequency spectrum in 34 CEPT countries is available.
